Hi ECNS Families,
I’m Colleen Gilliland the Treasurer at ECNS – looking forward to meeting and working with you all this year! This year to pay tuition, your options are cash, check or through a PNC payment portal. For returning families, if you set it up though PNC last year, it will still be the same this year and you should be good to go. For new families, please continue reading for instructions on how to set it up.
A few things to note about the process – it is through PNC bank so it is secure – there are no fees for parents and minimal fees for the school. CLICK HERE to set up your account (you will need details from your first pdf invoice in order to link to your ECNS profile), or follow the step by step instructions below.
You will receive your invoice via email. When ready to pay follow these quick steps below:
There should be a big blue box in the email that says “Pay Invoice Electronically”. Click that. IF it is not there, open the PDF invoice at the bottom of the email- scroll to the bottom where it says “to pay online”, hover over the web address and click on the link. This will take you to the page needed to set up payment.
- Set up an account with your email address and password.
- Add your bank account information. Routing and account numbers (these can be found on your checks or online with your bank) and billing address are required. Selecting “private” means that other parents/guardians receiving the same invoices will not have access to pay from this bank account and will need to set up their own bank information in order to make payments. When ready, click Save.
- This will take you back to the first screen and bank account info should be there.
- Choose the date you would like the invoice to be paid on and verify the amount you wish to pay is accurate. Click Pay.
- You should then see a payment confirmation page. You will also receive a confirmation email for your records.
- You then have the option to set up AutoPay for your bills. You can set a maximum amount to be paid and the date you would like them paid (on due date, x number of days before). I believe you can set this up at anytime so don’t need to do it right away.
- After setting up your account you will be able to log in at any time to view your account history, make payments or change your payment options.
Please note, once you set up your bank account, PNC will remove and then replace a very small amount from your bank account to ensure it is accurate – on mine it was 0.75 and it says Eliot Chapel Nur AcctVerify. You are not charged this amount – it is removed and then replaced.
Please reach out with any questions – I am more than happy to help!
