In order for children to attend school, all forms must be completed in full and submitted to the office. All children are required to have a copy of their current immunization record on file as well. If there are any questions, please call the office.
2022-2023 Registration FormRegistration for current and returning families for the 2022-2023 school year begins Monday, January 17th at 8:00am. Registration for new families will begin Monday, January 31st at 8:00am. Registrations will be time stamped and processed in the order they are received.
